A: Standard orders typically take 1–2 months to create, while expedited orders can be completed in 10 days. If timing is tight, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q2: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage within the U.S., which usually takes 2–5 business days. For international orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International, which typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on destination.

Q3: How should I care for my wool felt pillow?
A: Since your pillow is made of delicate wool felt, it is not suitable for machine washing and may be damaged by heavy scratching. Please treat it gently and care for it as an art piece.

Q5: What's the return/refund policy?

Each pillow is individually handmade with care, time, and attention to detail. Because of the custom and personal nature of these pieces, I want to make sure you understand the return policy clearly before ordering. 💛

  Custom Order

• Custom or personalized items (such as pillows made using your pet’s photo or real fur) cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

• If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or an error on my part), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to fix or replace it.
  
  Non-Custom Order

• • Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
